Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

After you receive an order confirmation email from us it is not possible for us to process any refunds, returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Refund is only possible in the exceptional case of delivery of a damaged item to you by the shipping company. To be eligible for a refund you must provide us photographic proof of damaged item in its original shipped package. To complete your refund, we would also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at sales@decoluxe.eu to initiate your refund request for a damaged item.

Returns

Returns are only possible in exceptional case of delivery of the wrong item to you. In that case we will require a receipt or proof of purchase with details of the item ordered by you. After we verify the mismatch, we will initiate the return process. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or shipping company. Please also note that returns are not accepted for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 working days. The complete returns process could take upto 3 weeks, depending on where you live and shipping time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. No other exchanges are possible.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you shall be informed via email about the physical address to ship your products. We shall arrange the return shipping via our agency.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary and can take upto 3 weeks.
